Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons: 1- Incorrect billing address and phone number: Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method. 2- Credit card limit reached: Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit. 3- Credit / Debit Card Number: Make sure that the credit card or debit card number is correct and up-to-date. 4- Credit / Debit Card Expiration date: Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, update your credit card or debit card information. 5- PayPal account out of funds: Make sure funds are available in your PayPal account if Paypal is listed as your payment method.
We totally understand your concerns about design and quality of your custom order. Once you email us your idea or rough belt design for custom order of your belt / medal or trophies. Our designer will make you different designs and you can ask us to change things in that design multiple times. Once you confirm the design then will start its manufacturing. We’ve worked really hard on processes to make sure we make the best possible custom order as per your expectation. We have worked out each of these issues Sizing.
Design & Quality Before dispatching your order, we share pictures & videos of your actual product with you. You can review the design, material and Leather before we dispatch it. So this reason is potentially eliminated.
We strive to minimize fulfillment time for custom orders and usually dispatch within 3-8 weeks. However, due to a different nature of all custom orders, we do not have a pre-specified fulfillment date. Customers, while discussing their custom orders can ask for a delivery date from the Customer Support Agent. For orders with a deadline, we encourage customers to communicate their desired delivery date to the Customer service agent before placing the order.
We offer 7850 types of customisation & we charge very less amount for it. You can ask us to make limitless customisations on your order. We strive to deliver best quality & service.
All belts are made to order. Our standard belts are shipped with in 1-3 weeks, However, CNC Premium & 3D CNC belts are shipped within 2-5 weeks.
Yes, ZaibuBelts offer Free International Shipping all over the world. Except for remote areas of few countries.
We send our parcels through Fedex, DHL, UPS & USPS on priority bases. So our customers can receive their parcels with in 3-7 working days.
Yes we ship to box addresses, but for security reasons we ask customer to provide us complete details on our email Contact@zaibubelts.com. Moreover, for safety and security, signature is required for the delivery of the items.
All our orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU ) basis. We send your parcels as a gift so that in 90% cases you will not be charges import duty. The prices are exclusive of all custom taxes and import duties. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). ZaibuBelts has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges which you were not expecting.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email and SMS with the courier tracking number and link to track your parcel.
The change of the shipping address depends on your order’s current status. If your order status is anything other than processing, you can contact us at Contact@zaibubelts.com and let us know the new address. We’ll take the necessary steps to change the address for you. In case your order has been shipped, we would suggest you to contact the courier company with your order's tracking details and request them the change of address. In most of the cases courier companies change address without very minimum cost.
